| Day 01 : Saturday Arrival at Vizag, after lunch proceed to Jeypor. (Depends upon the flight timings). Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Day 02 : Sunday After early breakfast drive to Onkdilli to visit the weekly market of 'BONDO 'tribes, presently one of the most primitive tribes of India, which speaks a typical Astro-asiatic (mundari) language. Day 03 : Monday This morning drive to visit the most colorful villages near Lamataput and nandapur areas. The tribes like gadabas, Parojas and Kumbharas are settled in beautiful houses. After launch drive to Rayagada enroute visiting one or two villages of Desia Kodh Tribe. Day 04 : Tuesday Early Morning check-out of the hotel and drive up to 40 kms. To reach the base of the hill of the Dongaria Kondhs. Prepare to walk around 3 hours to visit the villages of this tribe. After lunch drive to Baliguda for dinner and overnight. Day 05 : Wednesday This morning drive to see the villages of malia kondh tribe. There is almost four walk to visit different villages and back to hotel in late afternoon. Day 06 : Thursday After early breakfast drive to see Dongaria market enroute visiting some desia kondh and kumbhar (pottery) tribal villages. In the afternoon visit villages of Saora tribe. Dinner and overnight at the guest house. Day 07 : Friday Morning drive to Bhubaneswar to catch flight for onward destination. |
